Air Dream Edition P

The Lucid Air Dream Edition P is a 5-seat saloon with all-wheel drive, sold new from 2022 to 2024, when it cost €218,000 in Germany, and now only available second-hand. It accelerates from 0 to 62 mph in 2.7 seconds, quicker than 97% of the electric cars on sale in the UK. Its estimated real-world range is 416 miles (670 km) in a mix of town, country and motorway driving. That puts it joint 3rd of the 471 electric cars on sale in the UK for range, and 3rd of 48 saloons.

It uses around 3.5 mi/kWh (176 Wh/km), about the same as the typical EV on sale (3.5 mi/kWh). The usable battery holds 118 kWh and on a rapid charger it averages 185 kW between 10% and 80%. With one 15-minute charging stop, it can cover an estimated 476 miles (766 km) at motorway speeds.

It has a heat pump, which helps preserve range in cold weather, and it supports vehicle-to-load (V2L), so it can power appliances from its battery.

Second-hand in Germany, a 2022 example is estimated at €70,400–€82,400 and a 2024 one at €103,600–€116,600, based on typical EV depreciation.
